The largest edifice in the whole region of Germany is none other than the
Cologne Cathedral. The construction of the building took place almost 600 years ago. Due to immense size of the cathedral, several construction pauses took place between years 1248 and 1880. Cologne Cathedral's towers stood magnificently in the sky. Found inside the cathedral is the Sarcophagus of the Magi, which is a known treasured artifact of Kolner Dom.
